James O'Leonard, Carlsbad, CA, is CEO of PEAK 15 Systems, Inc. James spent more than 10 years in product strategy and marketing positions with Silicon Valley firms such as Sun Microsystems. He holds an MBA from UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business.

David Hanson, Denver, CO, is a member of the Board of Directors. He is Managing Director of Lynwood Capital, a private equity firm. David was formerly a partner at Rockmont Capital, a Denver based private equity firm, and a general partner in the corporate finance department of Volpe Brown Whelan & Company, a San Francisco-based investment banking firm. He previously served as an associate at Drexel Burnham Lambert.
