Executive Team

James O'Leonard is PEAK 15's founder, CEO and President. James spent more than 10 years in product strategy and marketing positions with Silicon Valley firms such as Sun Microsystems. He was formerly VP of Marketing and Product Management at Kinzan, a software development tools company. He holds an MBA from UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business and has a passion for travel, born in part by his experiences growing up in Kenya.

Tim Klooster is PEAK 15's Director of Engineering. Tim joined PEAK 15 from his position as Senior Architect at First Advantage (Nasdaq: FADV) whose credit reporting solutions process millions of transactions a day. He was formerly Vice President of Corporate Solutions for Dynamic Information Systems Corporation, an industry leader in high performance data access and search technology. Tim leads a development team at PEAK 15 which has more that 15 years experience on average.
