James O'Leonard, Carlsbad, CA, is CEO of PEAK 15 Systems, Inc. James spent more than 10 years in product strategy and marketing positions with Silicon Valley firms such as Sun Microsystems. He holds an MBA from UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business and has a passion for travel, born in part by his experiences growing up in Kenya.

Jim Sano, San Francisco, CA, is the President of Geographic Expeditions. Previously, he was Executive Assistant to the Superintendent at Yosemite National Park. Jim was the leader of the 1983 American Mt. Everest Expedition, via Lho La and the West Ridge (which set the American women's altitude record). He currently serves on the National Board of The Trust For Public Land, the Advisory Board of The Natural Step, and the National Council of the World Wildlife Fund.

Jean Paul Tennant, Berkeley, CA, is the Chief Financial Officer at Geographic Expeditions. Previously he was Project Manager for the Proprietary Accounting and Risk Analysis Systems Group and a Bond Trader at Goldman Sachs & Co, New York. Prior to Goldman, Jean-Paul served aboard the fast attack nuclear submarine USS Omaha as an Officer of the Deck. He received a National Science Foundation Fellowship in 1992. He holds an M.B.A. from the University of California at Berkeley's Haas School of Business, an M.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from U.C. Berkeley, and a B.S.E. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan.

George Doubleday, San Francisco, CA, is founder & Chairman of InnerAsia Travel Group & its subsidiary Geographic Expeditions, an adventure travel outfitter, and several related companies doing business in Asia. Advisor to Lynwood Capital Partners and BPI Capital Partners, whose projects included MacBall Industries - acquired by US Filter, and Physician Support Services, acquired by National Data Corporation. Prior to InnerAsia, he was an executive with Pan American World Airways in Hong Kong.
