Training

PEAK 15 is a comprehensive system so there are extensive opportunities for training prior to and post launch of the system.

Online help
Most features are well documented in the online help system which is integrated into PEAK 15.

Scheduled training
We are also experimenting with regularly scheduled "Ask the Trainer" online sessions which allow users across all of our customers to submit in advance topics that they would like to learn more about. Users who are unable to attend the live session will also have an opportunity to view the recorded session later.

Customized training
More customized training is also available and can be conducted online or on-site. Your company is entitled to 8 hours of training services per year in addition to the two days of training surrounding launch. Additional training is available on a time and materials basis.
